What are the ingredients and what do they do?

·         Aloe: Is perfect for providing added moisture to the skin. Aloe also helps fight inflammation and redness that may occur when using an exfoliating treatment

·         Lactic, Glycolic, and Malic Acid: All natural occurring acids that will gently exfoliate your skin. Over time exfoliation can reduce the look of dark spots, age spots, sun spots, acne scarring, fine lines, and wrinkles.

·         Hyaluronic Acid: Can bind 1.000 times it’s own weight in water. This is perfect for binding moisture to your skin so that it will stay hydrated for much longer

I suffer from extremely dry skin all year round, so when I saw a cleanser that had AHAs in it, but didn't lather when you add water I knew I had to have it. I find this product to be very ingenious because we people with dry skin want exfoliation as well. Most cleansers that I have found with any kind of exfoliating ingredients get very bubbly and strip all added moisture right out of my skin. The Michael Todd True Oganics Cleanser rinses clean but doesn't leave my skin more dry than when I started.

To use this cleanser I simply wet my face with warm water, add some cleanser to my fingertips and work it right in to my skin. I sometimes use an exfoliating brush when cleansing just depending on how dry and flaky my skin is that day. I  then rinse, let my skin air dry, tone, and apply my favorite serums and moisturizers.

This cleanser has made my skin feel much more soft, and it looks very bright. I have honestly noticed that I don’t wear ANY foundation at all anymore unless it’s a special occasion like Christmas dinner or something. I would recommend this cleanser to anyone that wants to have bright youthful looking skin without having their skin dry out.

The Holidays are upon us, and everyone wants to try and look their best. I am a licensed Esthetician, so I am always looking for the best peels out there. A great way to diminish the look of fine lines and wrinkles, and get overall brighter, smoother skin is with the Michael Todd True Organics Wild Berry Exfoliating Peel. This Peel is made of Enzymes as well as Alpha and Beta Hydroxy acids to achieve a perfect exfoliation.

What are the ingredients and what will they do?

• Aloe: Soothes the skin, hydrates, and reduces inflammation. This is a great ingredient to include in an exfoliating peel because it "buffers" the peel itself. This will make the peel feel much more comfortable while on the skin, and the aloe will soothe your skin and reduce any redness that may occur.
• Lactic Acid: Is an Alpha Hydroxy Acid that is derived from Milk Sugars, so it is organic. It will help hydrate the skin while exfoliating and removing dead skin cells. Lactic Acid will also help kick start cell turnover, so you will be left with youthful fresh looking skin.
• Salicylic Acid: Softens the Keratin protein in dry scaly skin making it much softer, and making way for other products to penetrate deeper into the layers of your skin.
• Malic Acid: Is found naturally in cells and helps with cell energy. Malic Acid will help exfoliate the skin which will make it look more rejuvenated.
• Fruit Extracts: Enzymes that occur naturally in fruits are great for gently exfoliating the skin. They will help break down the binds that hold dry flaking skin together, and they will gently exfoliate leaving your skin soft and youthful. 

How to use this Exfoliating Peel:

• Cleanse your skin as your normally would
• Pat your skin dry
• Apply the Michael Todd True Organics Wild Berry Exfoliating Peel all over your face, neck, and decolletage if desired
• Leave this peel on for about 10 minutes you may feel some slight tingling but that is normal
• Rinse the peel off with warm water
• Tone
• Apply your favorite moistruizer

A few notes about what you will experience:

•  Again, you may notice some tingling when using this peel do not be alarmed this is perfectly normal.
• Your skin may get pink or red, this is normal. A pink or red flush is actually a good thing, this means the blood is to the surface of your skin and once the color subsides, you will see a bright glow!
• Always I repeat, always, use a sunscreen every single day. This will prevent major sun damage to your skin.

The Michael Todd True Organics Wild Berry Peel has worked wonders on my skin. I suffer from extremely dry and sometimes flaky skin, and since I have been using this peel it has felt much softer and been very bright. I get all kinds of compliments on my skin lately. When I take clients for facials they say, "You're definitely in the right business, your skin looks amazing".

This peel comes in a great pump bottle which I love, that way you can easily administer exactly the correct amount of peel, and you aren't wasting anything. The peel itself is a thick gel consistency so it's not running all over your face, and it has a very mild scent. To me it smells somewhat of Cayenne Pepper, however that is not an ingredient in the peel.

The Michael Todd True Organics Wild Berry Exfoliating Peel is excellent for all skin types, but it is not advised for sensitive skins. I would recommend this to anyone that has dull, dry, or flaky skin, or to anyone that wants to combat the signs of aging. Get yours *HERE*
