For whatever reason, my cell phone doesn't get very good signal in my home so I had to switch back to using a land line while I’m home. This has unleashed a load of crap, solicitor, telemarketer, robo calls and it drives me absolutely nuts every single day. I find that even when I explicitly tell these people to stop calling me, they don’t listen and continue to call. The final straw was on Christmas day actually, a company called my home 4 times on Christmas day and it drove me up the wall since I had company. My Opinions:

This Call Blocker is an absolute life saver! I love the fact that I can block these unwanted calls without having to speak to these people. I can’t stand when I tell them to stop calling and take me off of their list and they don’t do it, so the fact that I have the option to do it myself is worth it’s weight in gold! Induction Cooktops are the new hottest thing out there right now, and I have never gotten the pleasure of owning one until I received this one by Duxtop. This burner is completely induction so you do need special pots and pans, but it is well worth it! My opinions on the product:

I am an avid cook, and I would consider myself to be a very good cook as well. I am very used to using my electric stove, which admittedly isn't very fast when it comes to boiling water for example. This Induction cooktop by Duxtop was so fast at boiling water I couldn't even believe it! This cooktop boiled water in well under three minutes  and was super easy to use. I appreciate the fact that this cooktop has a timer built right in, I’m used to having a timer on my oven but not my stove, I find this a very handy feature. I use this mainly when making things like rice or boiling eggs where timing is key.

The digital controls are very user friendly and make using this cooktop a breeze. There is no guesswork at all. With my traditional electric stove there are 6 temperature settings, but I never know exactly what temperature they are set at, with this induction cooktop I don’t have to worry about that.

I am so sold on this cooktop I want to recommend it to everyone in my family. I think I will buy a (super) early Christmas present for my mom and get her one! I believe I will now be using this more than my traditional stove. Get yours below:

I am a full time blogger so I’m always working at my desk, and it tends to get very disorganized throughout my day. I find that when my desk is a mess it distracts me from the work that I should be doing, and I wind up cleaning the entire house and going back to my work after that. With the Adir Corp. Opinions:

This Desk Organizer is made of steel mesh so it’s very high quality and durable it doesn't feel flimsy at all whatsoever, it’s actually quite heavy which I can appreciate. I also enjoy the fact that this organizer has so many compartments that are extra wide because I do use different binders and I enjoy being able to keep them in this organizer for easy reach. I also do like the fact that this organizer has a little weight to it, this keeps the organizer from slipping and sliding around my desk leaving scratches in it’s wake. The Adir Desk Organizer is an open faced design, meaning both sides of this organizer are open, great for keeping on the desk and having access from both sides, a great added feature for busy offices.

I don’t think I could go back to not having this desk organizer in my life, it has made everything so much easier. My home gets extremely cold in the winter because it has lots of floor to ceiling windows that let all of the cool air radiate in. I find myself having to use portable heaters, my standard heater, and heated blankets, but I find I’m still cold because my portable heaters don’t do enough for me. First off, let me say that this is by far the quietest heater that I have ever owned, and it’s also the largest which makes it perfect for heating up my rooms. This heater came completely assembled so it would be great for those people that don’t find themselves very mechanically inclined. It has wheels attached to the bottom so that you can slide it across any flooring surface including carpet with ease.

 

I plugged this heater in and switched it on, it was warm and heating my room in under two minutes! I also appreciate the fact that it has a temperature dial on the front where you can actually choose what temperature you want your room to be, the maximum temperature is 86 degrees Fahrenheit. I turned it all the way up to the max just to see how loud it was, and how fast it would heat my home. This heater is whisper quiet where other heaters I’ve owned, even tiny ones are loud and sound like a roar. The Homeleader heater had my room comfortably warm within 30 minutes, I was extremely impressed.

 

Another thing I appreciate about this Homeleader heater is it’s design. It is all black and very square so it’s perfect for me to set off in the corner of my room and angle it perfectly so that it’s not in the middle of things yet it doesn't take away from the design of my room. I keep my note pad, sticky notes, pens and highlighters, check book, cell phone, and charging cables in this organizer while I’m working during the day. I appreciate knowing exactly where everything is and I don’t have to hunt for it whenever I do need it.

I work 3 jobs and I blog full time as well, so I’m almost always stressed and I find I can tell the most in my neck and shoulders. This wrap by Dr. Soooothe absolutely amazed me. I will admit it took me a minute to realize how it worked, but once I figured it out I was very shocked. I simply flexed the metal disc inside the wrap just as the directions explained, and within a second crystals were beginning to form and I could feel this wrap heating up in my hands.

I gently dispersed the crystals around and within a minute the entire wrap was filled with warm crystals and it was very warm. I placed this wrap on my neck and shoulders on top of my clothing, because it was almost too hot to stand at first. I immediately felt a very soothing relaxing warmth that did help ease some of my neck and shoulder tension. I was so impressed with how easy this wrap was to use!

Once all of the heat wore off which was hours after first use, I read the instructions on how to prepare this wrap for re-use. I boiled some water in a large pot, placed a dish cloth at the bottom and placed this wrap inside the boiling water. I let that boil for about 5 minutes until the crystals were all dissipated. I let it cool and checked to be sure no more crystals were forming. I was very happy that on my first go I did it properly and there were no more crystals which meant this was ready to be used again any time I wish!
