Review: Bellaboo All That Clean Skin Facial Wash

I am a licensed Esthetician and Makeup Artist, and I fully believe in using all natural products on your skin. These products have worked for centuries, there is no need to use harsh chemicals on our skin. With the Bellaboo All That Clean Skin Facial Wash, we can cleanse our skin naturally, and leave it feeling fresh and looking great. This skincare line is formulated specifically for Tweens and Teens.

What are the features?
·         All natural ingredients including soothing botanicals
·         Natural Anti-Bacterial wash (SLS Free)
·         Made with Lemon Myrtle and Eucalyptus Oil
·         Paraben, Petrochemical, and sulfate free

This cleanser has an absolutely wonderful scent, if I was going to have a skincare line I would want it all to smell just like this cleanser, it’s not too strong, yet it smells very natural. I love the fact that this skincare line is formulated for Tweens and Teens. Since I am an Esthetician, I get quite a few people that come in to see me, but always ask me what they should do for their child’s skin. My advice to them is to ALWAYS start with a skincare regimen early. This will combat the signs of hormonal fluctuations that often show themselves in breakouts on teen’s skin.

To use this cleanser I wet my face with warm water and administered a small amount of this product into my fingertips. I then worked it into a lather and applied it to my face, neck, and decolletage. This product feels great when it’s on your skin I can really tell that it’s getting rid of all of the excess dirt and oil. Once I cleansed my skin, I washed off the cleanser with cool water to close my pores, then I toned and applied moisturizer. My skin immediately felt extremely soft and smooth and looked slightly more radiant.

If you’re looking for a great all natural cleanser for your tween or teen, you need this one by Bellaboo. Get yours below:

Review: Oleavine Beauty Moisturizer

As an Esthetician, when most of my clients come in for facial services and I ask them what their concerns are, they say that they want younger looking skin. With the cold months upon us our skin tends to dry out and look much more weathered and old, but with the Oleavine moisturizer, we can combat the signs of aging while keeping our skin nicely hydrated.

What are the ingredients?
  • Aloe: A natural skin moisturizer and anti inflammatory agent, Aloe will keep your skin soft and smooth and keep the redness down.
  • Vitamin A: Will exfoliate your skin from the inside out, fighting the signs of aging. Vitamin A will over time reduce any fine lines and wrinkles, sun or age spots, acne scarring, and keep your skin looking fresh.
  • Vitamin C: Will brighten your skin making it look more youthful.

The Oleavine Moisturizer comes in beautifully luxurious looking packaging, simply twist the silver top and the pump comes out and you can administer just the right amount of product to your fingertips. The moisturizer itself is a very light consistency and sinks into my skin immediately leaving it feeling soft and smooth, it doesn't leave any sort of residue. I suffer from severely dry skin, and since I've been using this moisturizer my skin has felt perfectly hydrated and looks much brighter.
I recommend this product to anyone that wants to have fresh youthful looking skin!

Review: Sieva Stretch Mark & Scar Removal Cream

My skin scars very easily, so when I saw a product designed to help treat scars & prevent stretch marks I was intrigued. I have been using the Sieva Stretch Mark & Scar Cream for about a month now and I have noticed that my scars aren't as raised and they are more hydrated. I can't wait to see what the results will be in a few months time.

The Sieva Stretch Mark and Scar Cream uses Collagen Fix Technology, so over time it helps produce collagen in the skin making it look more plump and youthful. This technology will also help improve skin's elasticity and reduces discoloration that occurs in scars and stretch marks.

I have been using the Sieva Stretch Mark & Scar Cream a few times a day on an old scar I have from abdominal surgery, and the scar is much more smooth and looks quite a bit lighter. I think this product would be great on fresh scars, or even on pregnant women looking to prevent stretch marks!

Review: Ashieda Konjac Sponge

I have been using the Natural Clear Skin Cleansing Sponge by Ashieda for a few weeks now and it makes washing my face a breeze, my face feels super soft afterwards. The Konjac Sponge is great for all skin types, and has a very fine texture so it exfoliates without leaving the skin feeling overworked.

How to use the Konjac Sponge by Ashieda:

  • soak the sponge in warm water until it re-hydrates
  • squeeze all of the excess water out of the sponge
  • apply cleanser directly to your skin, or to the sponge (you can even skip this step & use the sponge alone!)
  • work the sponge all over your face and neck in small circular motions with mild pressure
  • rinse the sponge and squeeze out excess water
  • use the sponge to wash the cleanser off of your face
  • rinse and squeeze the sponge again
  • hang to dry

Why use the Konjac Sponge by Ashieda?

  • Save time! The Konjac Sponge replaces time consuming skincare gadgets, it can be used in place of your exfoliator, as well as your wash cloth or facial wipe.
  • Exfoliation: The Konjac Sponge will gently exfoliate your skin during every use leaving it feeling soft and smooth, and making your skin bright and youthful. It is gentle enough to use every single time you cleanse your skin unlike a traditional facial scrub.
  • Refines pores. While you can never reduce the size of your pores, the Konjac Sponge will exfoliate and clear out your pores which in turn makes them appear a little smaller.
  • Naturally moisturizes with the addition of collagen to the sponge. This will help your skin feel soft and supple after cleansing.
My experience with the Konjac Sponge:

  • Immediately after soaking my Konjac Sponge in water and squeezing it out, I noticed how soft it felt in my hands, it almost felt like it was going to slip right out because it was so soft! I cleanse my skin with this sponge twice a day morning and night, and I have to say it glides across your skin in a luxurious way. My skin is always bright and smooth after using this sponge, I can see why everyone loves it!

Review: Sano Naturals Vitamin C Serum 20%

I would love to give you all my opinion on Sano Naturals’ Vitamin C Serum 20%. I have been using this product 2 to 3 times a day on my skin and I have been noticing a major difference. I am a licensed Esthetician so I have a vast knowledge on skincare products.
Sano Naturals Vitamin C Serum 20% has a great list of ingredients, the most amazing being of course the Vitamin C, Hyaluronic Acid, and Jojoba Oil.
Vitamin C: Helps fight the signs of aging by brightening up the skin, fights free radicals, helps combat dryness & collagen loss.
Hyaluronic Acid: despite it’s name, it does NOT hurt it actually feels very soothing to the skin. Hyaluronic Acid binds 1,000 times it’s weight in water, so it helps moisturize the skin, and it helps drive products down deeper into the different layers of the skin.
Jojoba Oil: this is the closest oil to the skin’s natural sebum. It is VERY good for the skin, great for moisturizing, and it won’t clog your pores!
My opinion:
I have extremely dry skin year round, so Sano Naturals Vitamin C Serum 20% is the perfect product for me. I cleanse my skin, tone, and apply the serum all over my face, neck, and decollete, then I follow up with my regular moisturizer. Adding a moisturizer on top is NOT a necessary step, for most people the serum would be amazing on it’s own, but my skin is so dry I add it as an extra measure. The Vitamin C Serum has made my skin wonderfully soft and smooth, as well as feeling moisturized. My skin looks bright and supple, this serum is in my daily routine!
The serum comes in a dark colored bottle, and has a little dropper attached so you squeeze the perfect amount into your fingertips to apply it to the skin. The serum is a little watery feeling, but as soon as it touches your skin it’s instantly absorbed! Also it has no harsh scent!
If you’re looking to prevent the signs of aging, or give your skin a refresh try Sano Naturals Vitamin C Serum 20%.

Review: Foxbrim's Advanced Formula Vitamin C Serum

I recently received a bottle of Foxbrim’s Advanced Formula Vitamin C Serum to review from Tomoson, and after testing it out on my skin, I would love to give you my thoughts on how this product performs!
First things first, I am a licensed Esthetician and Makeup Artist, so I have an in depth knowledge of skincare, and how different product ingredients work on the skin. Foxbrim’s Advanced Formula Vitamin C Serum has a wonderful list of ingredients:
    1. Organic Aloe: great for soothing as well as hydrating the skin, perfect for people that might have sensitive or sensitized skin.
    2. Sodium Ascorbyl Phosphate (Vitamin C): Antioxidant that fights free radical damage to the skin including fine lines and wrinkles, dryness, and collagen loss. Vitamin C also helps soothe sunburns, and brighten and smooth dull damaged skin.
    3. Botanical Hyaluornic Acid: Hyaluronic Acid is a great moisturizer and really helps hydrate the skin and it’s known as a water binder. Hyaluronic acid can actually bind 1.000 times it’s weight in water. It is a great product to help drive moisture deep into the layers of the skin.
    4. Witch Hazel: acne fighter, natural astringent, locks in moisture
    5. Organic Jojoba Oil: Jojoba oil is the closest oil to the skin’s natural sebum, meaning it most closely resembles what naturally comes out of our pores, it is also highly moisturizing to the skin and it’s non comedogenic (it WON’T clog your pores!)
How to use:
    1. 2 times daily morning and night cleanse with your favorite cleanser.
    2. Tone your skin to balance your PH
    3. Add a couple drops of Foxbrim’s Advanced Formula Vitamin C Serum to your fingertips and rub it in on your face, neck, and decollete, it absorbs VERY quickly.
    4. Add  your favorite moisturizer on top.
    5. Follow up with sunscreen and your makeup if it’s the start of your day, the serum works great under makeup!
My thoughts:
This is an amazing product! I noticed a difference in the texture of my skin immediately after applying the serum to my face. It leaves your skin feeling smooth and hydrated without leaving any kind of residue or sticky feeling. Foxbrim’s Advanced Formula Vitamin C Serum is great for ANY skin type, and will get you looking glowing and youthful in no time!
